Learn More

I work from a person-centered, attachment lens in effort to help you improve your sense of personal fulfillment and the betterment of your relationships. With a trauma-informed foundation, I support individuals in relationship concerns and with trauma recovery, addiction, depression and anxiety. My training in couples therapy allows me to offer insight into relationship themes that some individuals find helpful.

I help couples of all relationship structures to develop their secure base, improve their communication, recovery from infidelity and re-define monogamy agreements. If applicable, sex therapy can be integrated into individual and couples therapy. Primary interventions in couples therapy include the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Imago therapy.

As an AASECT-certified Sex Therapist, I am trained to help with a range of sexual issues in the context of individual and couples psychotherapy. Common issues addressed in sex therapy include: physical and psychological arousal concerns (erection issues, pain with sex, low desire), sexual identity or expression exploration, desire discrepancies, negotiating relationship limits and erotic recovery after infidelity. Sex therapy is kink-affirming and inclusive of all gender identities and relationship structures (mono/poly).

KAP can be integrated in individual or couples therapy as a tool to expand consciousness and achieve or build upon gains. KAP includes careful preparation in regards to set, setting and intention for the experience. The second phase of KAP is the dosing session, where a low-dose of ketamine is combined with guided support. The third and most important part of KAP is integration. Integration takes place in the days and weeks after dosing as insights/breakthroughs realized during the dosing session will be accessed in psychotherapy and applied to your life. Note on KAP: Medicine is prescribed by Journey Clinical and dosing sessions are not covered by insurance.
